– Leadership of participations and rebates processes
– Monitoring and management of growth hurdles process
– Analysis of sales trends and offering insights

– Forecasting for sales and gross profit
– Establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Management of Administration
– Control of costs and selling price process
– Monitoring and management of trading term process of suppliers

– Supervision of collections processes
– Coordination of promotional activities
