Job Description:

We are seeking an Online Shopping Assistant to join our customer service team in Cape Town.

As an Online Shopping Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service, resolving product or service problems, and communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat.

– Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts


– National Senior Certificate or higher
– Minimum of 6-12 months customer service experience
