Key Responsibilities:

– File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned
– Order and maintain relevant office supplies for the reception area
– Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
– Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance
– Adhere to relevant health and safety procedures

Requirements:

– Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
– 1-2 years relevant experience in an administrative role
– Excellent organizational and clerical skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Professional communication and interpersonal skills
– Computer literacy (MS Office)

Preferred Qualifications:

– Administrative Certificate or relevant diploma
– 2-3 years relevant experience in an administrative role
