About the Role:

As a Packaging Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our packaging equipment and related processes to achieve optimal effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Operating equipment and managing associated processes and performance in packaging
– Interpreting and implementing production plans for your shift
– Operating manual and automatic machines on the line as per standards
– Ensuring process quality and productivity
– Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance

– Performing administrative work such as tracking and monitoring processes and taking action when required

– Managing PIMS and POMS and taking corrective action on negative trends
– Contributing to AB reports as required
– Ensuring and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

– Minimum Grade 12
– Training: Min 9 months on-the-job training and having completed SKAP within 12 months
– Experience within a Packaging FMCG industry
– BAND: XI
