Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of the Administration Broker role include:

– Providing required support and services to internal and external stakeholders
– Ensuring continuous service to customers within agreed service level agreements
– Driving product sales based on customer coverage
– Engaging with relevant stakeholders to upsell products
– Adhering to organisational values and service standards
– Ensuring first-time resolution of customer queries or complaints
– Taking ownership of requirements and following up on queries
– Meeting set turnaround times while ensuring availability, reliability, and accuracy
– Proposing improvements on internal processes
– Understanding customer losses and engaging with relevant stakeholders
– Providing relevant guidance and advice to customers
– Collecting and analysing feedback to improve customer service
– Proposing ideas to improve customer service
– Ensuring full understanding of customer needs
– Establishing relationships with relevant individuals and departments
– Adhering to relevant service level agreements

– Executing work in accordance with organisational values and code of ethics
– Complying with governance and compliance standards
– Investigating new ways to optimise processes

– Developing solutions that lead to improved service delivery and quality
– Maintaining operational efficiencies
– Providing accurate and timely reports
– Seeking regular performance feedback

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

– A related Degree or Diploma
– 1 year’s related experience
– Not be an unrehabilitated insolvent
