Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Requirements: A Grade 12 National Certificate is essential. No prior experience is required, but candidates should demonstrate a passion for client service and a willingness to learn.
  • Ideal Candidates: While prior client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Ideal candidates exhibit strong communication skills, computer literacy, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Criminal and Credit Record: Candidates must have a clear criminal and credit record to be considered for this position.
