Government Offers Opportunities for General Workers: 12 Cleaner Positions Available

In an effort to enhance cleanliness and maintenance standards within public institutions, the government has announced vacancies for twelve general workers to serve as cleaners at Maake Campus.

The primary responsibilities of the appointed cleaners include:

  • Dusting and waxing office furniture
  • Sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors
  • Vacuuming and shampooing carpets
  • Cleaning walls, windows, and floors
  • Collecting and disposing of waste papers
  • Refreshing office spaces
  • Cleaning the university kitchen and basins
  • Washing and packing kitchen utensils
  • Emptying and washing waste bins
  • Sorting and disposing of recyclable materials
