Position Overview:

As an NIR Sales Consultant at Nedbank, your primary responsibility will be to retain, maintain, and increase our client base within the In-Retailer market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales and service opportunities within the In-retailer market segment.
  • Conduct client needs-based analysis to understand and meet the specific needs of customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk standards.
  • Resolve challenges and obstacles in community sales areas.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives and values.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Essential)
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance or FAIS-related qualification (Preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales within a financial institution (Minimum)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong customer focus and ability to sustain customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive for results and ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
