Minimum NQF level 5 qualification and at least 5 years of call center experience.
Knowledge of cash management and cash center processing is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage end-to-end Deceased Estates Administration in accordance with the Administration of Estates Act.
Handle escalations and effectively resolve complexities arising in estate administration through analytical thinking and legal knowledge.
Demonstrate understanding of Business entities, Estate Duty, Capital gains, and Income tax related to deceased estates.
Exhibit strong drafting and communication


Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements within the financial industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Hold a legal or deceased estates qualification (Preferably LLB, CFP, or Estates Diploma).
Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience administering complex deceased estates/high net worth clients within a Fiduciary environment.
