Purpose Statement: The primary objective of this role is to oversee unpaid pre-legal customer accounts, resolve customer disputes, and offer essential support to suppliers in addressing equipment and service-related issues. Responsibilities include maintaining the integrity and compliance of the staging collections process, managing the recovery of outstanding debtors via debit orders or manual payments, directly addressing customer queries, liaising with suppliers, and referring unresolved accounts to the Legal Department for further action.
