Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and tactical systems support for campaign management activities.
- Implement and maintain dialler strategies, monitoring outbound dialling, inbound, and digital campaigns in real-time.
- Monitor agent performance and productivity.
- Offer insights on campaign activities through reporting and analysis for informed managerial decision-making.
- Distribute and maintain relevant hardware or software requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical problems by analyzing error logs, system events, and user information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT support teams.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of dialler campaign management experience.
- Ideal experience includes Microsoft Excel proficiency, contact center environment familiarity, leadership capabilities, and analytical responsibilities or experience with predictive dialler.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational.
- Ideal or Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Commerce.
Knowledge:
Minimum knowledge of dialler software, predictive dialling systems, and associated telephony.
Ideal knowledge includes familiarity with client engagement and support policies, regulations related to predictive diallers, contact center software tools, technical knowledge of telecom hardware, and cloud service knowledge on platforms like AWS Connect and Salesforce.
