Step 2: Educational Qualifications Provide details of your educational qualifications, including your highest level of education, the name of the institution, and the year of completion. Please note that a minimum of a matric certificate or equivalent is required to apply for the learnership.
Step 3: Work Experience Provide details of your work experience, if applicable. This can include any relevant work experience, internships, or volunteer work. Although prior work experience is not a requirement, it can be an advantage.
Step 4: Motivation Letter Provide a motivation letter explaining why you want to become a flight attendant and why you believe you are suitable for the learnership. This letter should be no more than 300 words and should be written in clear and concise language.
Step 5: Additional Information Provide any additional information that may be relevant to your application. This can include any additional skills, interests, or achievements.
Step 6: Declaration Read the declaration carefully and sign it to confirm that the information provided is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge.
Once you have completed the application form, please submit it along with a copy of your ID, matric certificate or equivalent, and any relevant supporting documents to the designated email address or physical address. Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered.
The learnership program will cover a wide range of topics, including customer service, safety and emergency procedures, aviation medicine, and in-flight service. The program will also provide practical training in a simulated cabin environment, allowing learners to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills needed to succeed in the industry.
Successful applicants will be notified by email or phone call and will be required to attend an interview and assessment process. The learnership program will commence in 2023, and the duration of the program will be 12 months.
